Blue Light - used to treat Acne. It does so by reducing activity in the sebaceous glands, so they can produce less of the oil that can plug the hair follicles, leading to Acne. Blue light also helps kill Acne- causing bacteria. 

Red Light- travels further into the skin than blue light. Helps with anti aging, promotes collagen synthesis, speeds up healing and regeneration.
